The Best Garden Salad


Does not include vegetables that repulse you.

You know what you like and you know its good for you!

Go ahead and chop, shred, dice and slice!

Throw in some of your favorite cheese or chunks of cooked chicken, turkey or ham!

Live it up!  Make a meal out of it!  Salads can be enjoyable!

Eat it with your favorite salad dressing and some Club crackers or garlic bread!

Your body will thank you!




Using 1/2 inch thick bread slices, spread one side with softened butter or margarine.
Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs, grated Parmesan cheese or spices, if desired.
Cook in ungreased heavy skillet over medium heat for 4-7 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.
