Breanna's Tempting, Tasty Pork Butts & Taters

Let's see....
For 8 chops it should be about....

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon spicy mustard

a few dribbles of red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon or so olive oil

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 shakes steak seasoning per chop

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Mix together in a bowl. Get pan hot and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Put in chops and after searing on both sides, add honey/mustard/spice mixture. Let cook til chops are golden on both sides. Add a touch more olive oil or butter as needed to keep things from sticking in the pan.

Side dish is 8 red potatoes, 1" dice. Toss with olive oil, touch of Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Place in single layer in baking dish at 375. Just before cooking, top with fresh sautéed chopped garlic and red onion. Cook about 1 hour, stirring around occasionally.

Serve with appropriate greenage: salad, broccoli with cheese sauce, etc.
